🕒 The 30-Minute Clean-Up Plan
0–2 mins: Set a Timer & Get Motivated
- Play upbeat music. 
- Set a 30-minute timer. 
- Optional: Light a candle or open a window for a fresh atmosphere. 
2–5 mins: Grab Supplies
- Trash bag 
- Laundry basket (for items that go elsewhere) 
- Cleaning wipes or spray + paper towels 
Room-by-Room Blitz (Use 5–7 mins per main area)
🛋️ Living Room (5 mins)
- Toss trash. 
- Fold blankets, fluff cushions. 
- Stack/remotely organize books, remotes, etc.
