FAQs

  • We generally do not provide quotes over the phone or email. The reason for this is accuracy. When we conduct a physical walkthrough, we can assess the status of the property as well as discuss any specific needs or desires.

  • We do not charge an hourly rate. We bid a fixed rate to each specific task or property. This rate may change if for example, a client wishes to add specific items that weren’t part of the original bid.

    We feel that using a fixed rate customized to your needs also makes it easier for your budgeting purposes, as the price will not fluctuate at every appointment due to being 10 or 20 minutes faster or slower that day. All other things being equal, your price will be the same at each appointment, even if we are moving slower on that particular day.

  • No. For regular and routine residential and office cleaning we simply rely on good communication rather than legally binding contracts and documents. Some special situations may require a contract, however. This would be considered a rare occurrence.

    We do require that new short-term rental clients read & sign our short-term rental service outline. This is not a contract for service, but simply states our policies and procedures as related to these properties. Again, this document is simply used by us as a communication tool to set expectations and ensure that both parties are on the same page.

  • Yes! We can set you up with weekly, bi weekly, or monthly service. In these cases, your cleaning dates would be scheduled out months in advance. This dramatically reduces the chance of having scheduling conflicts on your preferred dates & times.

    We also offer after-hours and weekend time slots for our office and commercial clients. We only have a limited number of these slots available so please inquire if this is something that you are in need of.

  • Yes, if for some reason we need to change the time or day of your appointment, you will receive a phone call or email from us asking for your permission to do so. This doesn’t happen often, but occasionally things do come up that make for scheduling problems.

    Our scheduling software will send you appointment confirmations when we input your appointment into our calendar as well as send you appointment reminders the day prior to your scheduled appointments. Our current clients really like this feature, as we all get busy from time to time and it is easy to lose track of the days.

  • No. We will provide all necessary cleaners & solvents as well as any other equipment needed. That being said, if you have a preference for a certain type of cleaner or solvent for a particular task, you can provide it for our use at your home or office.

  • We accept cash and checks as forms of payment. We also accept payment through Venmo & Cash App.

    We also accept all major credit cards. If you choose to pay with a credit card, there are a couple of options. After completion of your service, we can send you an invoice to your email on file. You can pay directly through this invoice with a credit or debit card.

    We can also set up automatic payments with your debit or credit card of choice. Many of our short term rental & recurring clients opt for this option because it is simply less for them to keep track of.

  • Yes. We maintain appropriate insurance policies at all times at the company level. All of our employees are also insured with general liability & workers comp insurance.
