Our general residential cleaning service employs our top-to-bottom cleaning approach. This starts with dusting high surfaces. We then dust, clean, and sanitize mid-level surfaces by hand. Our last step is to vacuum and clean all floors. This cleaning service should be considered a maintenance clean. Bathrooms.
We get it. Cleaning a bathroom isn’t the most exciting way to spend your evening. Lucky for you, we would love to handle it as a standalone service or as part of an entire residential clean. Hand wiping & sanitizing of all shower, sink, & toilet surfaces will help keep your bathroom in tip top shape. We will even handle those pesky toilet bowl rings for you! Best of all, our system ensures that we will not cross contaminate items from the bathroom into other surfaces of the home.
Kitchens.
The kitchen is the heart of the home & we would love to leave yours sparkling! Our general residential cleaning service includes hand wiping and sanitizing of all flat surfaces (countertops, stovetops) as well as cabinet faces (as needed). Our Residential maintenance cleaning service included these things, every time.

All rooms will be high dusted and low dusted. This includes light fixtures, fans, picture frames, and all surfaces that can collect dust (including window ledges). We will also remove the trash if desired and vacuum & mop all floors.

In addition to the items listed above, bathrooms will also receive:
Mirror Cleaning.
Vanity top/sink/faucet cleaning.
Spot clean vanity cabinet exterior.
Shower/Tub cleaning (Includes shower glass if present).
Toilet interior (bowl) and exterior surface cleaning.

Kitchens are also a main focus during our residential cleaning service. They will receive dusting and floor care. We will also:

We don’t mind either way. After all, it is your home. It does seem that cleanings move along more quickly when no one is present in the home at the time of service.

While we are there to clean, it is helpful if you do a quick pick up of things like kids toys, clothing, etc. If we can’t get to the things we are supposed to clean, it becomes difficult to clean them! You have a much better idea than we do about where to put things up.

No, we do not generally wash dishes. If your sink is overflowing with dishes when we arrive, we will simply skip over that area.

As long as they are kenneled or otherwise secured, yes. Not only is it difficult to clean while the pooch is running around, in some cases it can be a liability issue as well.

We accept cash, checks, major credit cards, venmo & cash app. We do not accept or use Pay Pal as a form of payment. If you choose to pay with cash or check, please place discussed payment in a sealed envelope @ time of service.
Let’s face it; it’s easy to overlook our carpets. While vacuuming is an essential part of regular carpet care & maintenance, it is a very surface-level cleaning process. Sometimes our carpets need more to keep them alive and well. There is likely no other piece of the home that takes more abuse than the carpet, and by their very nature they tend to trap all kinds of goodies deep down in their plush little soul.
Whether as part of normal yearly maintenance or your just moving into a new place, it can be a worthwhile investment to have your carpets deep cleaned to keep them going strong.
