Company Updates.

We hope everyone is doing well and you have all been enjoying your Summer!

It has been a bit since we last posted but we wanted to drop in and give you a few updates!

As of August 31st, 2026, we will no longer be providing Vacation Rental Turnover Services. We were previously only providing this service from our Woodland Park location and will be reducing the number of Short Term Rentals in our portfolio to zero. This decision is based on several things and will serve to-

• Reduce operational drag.

• Streamline our onboarding, training, and ongoing training processes & topics.

• Simplify & streamline tasks for our field personnel.

• Reduce scheduling friction.

• Reduce communication friction.

• Reduce burden of operating our laundry & products storage facility.

All in all, we have decided that in order to provide exceptional service from start to finish for our long-term & recurring client base, we have to refocus our efforts from services that create a disproportionate amount of friction when compared to other services.

We will also be restricting our Deep Cleaning Services & Move-Out Services to our recurring client base to further reduce scheduling friction and lessen strain on our field staff. These services can also be provided as a first cleaning for incoming or new recurring clients.

Our intention is to focus all of our energy on our recurring residential & commercial clients and to constantly seek improvement in how we service these clients. Thank you for taking the time to read our update and we look forward to seeing some of you soon!
